ladies & gentlmen

how many offers from all over the world i denied already, just because i'd like to work in finland. my experience starts from the small restaurants, huge hotels, over the high class gastronomy of guide michelin to the seasons and system gastronomy. beginning from the lowest position (commis de cuisine) up to the executive sous chef and food manager. lived and worked in different cities and villages in switzerland and also in the united arab emirates. always on the way to reach the next level of promotion, going successful forward to reach my own target and limits.
